Christopher M. McMurray is an attorney and President of McMurray Dispute Resolution, Inc. After 19 years of litigation practice covering a wide range of commercial and regulatory issues, he formed his own firm dedicated to providing mediation and arbitration services to businesses and individuals interested in an efficient and cost-effective alternative to litigation. He is certified as a Circuit Court (Civil) mediator by the Supreme Court of Virginia. He serves as a Civil Division mediator for the District of Columbia Superior Court, and as an arbitration panel chairperson for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA).

Mr. McMurray trains and mentors fellow mediators, and serves as a Peer Reviewer for fellow mediators in the DC Superior Court mediation program.

Areas in which he has served as a mediator or arbitrator include: securities, telecommunications, commercial transactions, contracts, employment, construction, and personal injury. References will be provided upon request.
